JOB SUMMARY
WLBT has a rare opportunity to work for the #1 TV station in the market. We are seeking a
Multimedia Executive. This position is responsible for identifying and reaching new clients in the
market that will best take advantage of our television and digital solutions and then become a
marketing consultant to the clients helping them define and achieve their business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Conduct thorough client needs analysis, present proposed strategic solutions, and tactics,
and provide follow-up assessments to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Utilize expanded B2B marketing resources to build compelling and creative solutions in a
competitive landscape
• Develop new business and maintain current business within the assigned territory
• Sell across all product platforms, broadcast, digital, and OTT
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills preferred
• Self-motivated, high-energy salesperson
• Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and writing skills
• Ability to be a team player!
• A strong work ethic and the ability to formulate and execute a daily plan is a must
• Must meet the Gray Television driving requirements and have a valid driver's license
