Sports Director-WXXV

WXXV-TV FOX 25/NBC 25, Gulfport/Biloxi on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast with 26 miles of white

sandy beaches in looking to fill a full-time Sports Director position.

You will shoot, write, edit, anchor, report and do live shots. The Gulf Coast is home to the Biloxi Shuckers

AA Professional Baseball team (Brewers). There are numerous high school sports to cover as well as

college sports and the New Orleans Saints.

We want a Sports Director who wants to dominate market coverage. This position requires a minimum of

2 years’ experience as a Sports Anchor/Reporter. This is NOT a job for beginners.

We want a Sports story-teller not just someone to do play by play and read scores.

WXXV is located in Gulfport, Mississippi. Great beaches, Gulf seafood and world-class casinos are just a

few of the things that make the Mississippi Gulf Coast a tourist destination. We are located just over one

hour from New Orleans.

A good driving record is a must. We utilize DMV & criminal background checks as a condition of
